Job Description:
We are hiring Production Assistants and Machine Operators for our manufacturing and dyeing plant in Perundurai. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers who want to build a stable career in the production industry. Absolute freshers are welcome, as we provide complete hands-on training on plant operations and machinery.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior operators in setting up and handling production machineries.
• Feed raw materials into the production line and monitor the ongoing process.
• Help move materials and finished products safely across the shop floor.
• Perform basic quality checks on the output products to ensure they meet standards.
• Follow all factory safety rules, wear safety gear, and keep the work area clean.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 8th pass, 10th, 12th, ITI, or Diploma (Any specialization).
• Freshers with zero experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must be physically fit and active to work on a production floor.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on factory requirements.
