• Position overview: We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects and ensure alignment between business goals, client expectations, and engineering execution. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, support predictable delivery, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive transparency, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• This position is intended for Pune-based candidates who are available to work from the office.

• Responsibilities: Lead delivery across multiple software development projects.
• Manage and mentor project managers and delivery teams, ensuring high standards of execution.
• Support team setup, organization, and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure effective communication and information exchange across teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee release and environment strategy preparation and review.
• Facilitate release and sprint vision and goal setting.
• Support pre-planning and post-planning meetings.
• Maintain release calendars and iterative planning cycles.
• Provide project and portfolio status visibility to stakeholders at different levels.
• Support professional development planning for team members.
• Drive continuous process improvements to increase team satisfaction and client value.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities within the account.
• Participate in pre-sales and proposal preparation activities.
• Ensure alignment with legal, compliance, and delivery governance standards.

• 5+ years of successful project or delivery management experience.
• Experience managing all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Experience identifying and promoting new opportunities within an account.
• Experience mentoring and leading other project managers.
• Experience in pre-sales and proposal preparation.
• Experience managing teams of 50+ people.
• Strong understanding of development processes and ability to adapt them as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
• Experience managing a group of projects and tracking implementation status.
• Ability to analyze project risks and pitfalls and recommend effective solutions
