Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and governance documentation.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Establish project governance frameworks and reporting structures.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with executive leadership, business sponsors, technology teams, operations, compliance, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level presentations.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

Risk & Change Management

  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.

Vendor & Resource Management

  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Manage resource allocation and project staffing requirements.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and contract deliverables.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project delivery practices.
  • Promote Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies as appropriate.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 15+ years of Project Management experience within Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment operations, and regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
