Job Title: Solar Project Engineer

Role:

The Solar Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing solar projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and smooth site operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute solar project activities at site.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
  • Ensure project execution as per drawings, BOQ, and safety standards.
  • Maintain project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE / ECE.
  • 1–4 years of experience in solar project execution.
  • Knowledge of solar systems, site execution, and electrical works.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview).
  • Allowance provided: Food + Accommodation + Travel allowance.

(Freshers with strong interest can also apply).

  • Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical works.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).

Compensation & Terms:

  • For Freshers: ₹15,000/month + allowance.
  • Freshers are required to submit original educational certificates at the time of joining.
