Job Summary
SolarMaxx is looking for an experienced Zoho Implementation Specialist who can manage Zoho applications, automate business processes, and implement Zoho solutions based on business requirements.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, workflow automation, integrations, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and customize Zoho applications according to business requirements.
- Manage and optimize Zoho Books and Zoho Creator.
- Automate business processes, workflows, and repetitive tasks.
- Understand business requirements and suggest suitable Zoho solutions.
- Create and manage workflows, forms, reports, and automation in Zoho Creator.
- Integrate Zoho applications with other business tools and platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of Zoho processes, workflows, and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho implementation.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator.
