Job Summary: Priority is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead and manage individual technical projects that are large, complex, and span multiple teams and systems. This role requires deep technical acumen, an understanding of complex system integrations, and the ability to drive projects that deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables while fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver individual technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with broader program and organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective and clear communication between project teams and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for keeping all parties informed and aligned on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and monitor potential project risks and issues. You will be responsible for developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely resolution and smooth project progression.
  • Tool & Data Management: Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage project data, track progress, and support data-driven decision-making. You will also develop and maintain essential project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and post-mortems.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet established quality standards and adhere to PMO governance processes.
  • Project Delivery: Your ability to deliver projects on time and within scope will directly contribute to the company’s success.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will build trust and enhance communication, ensuring high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Operational Improvement: By implementing structured processes, you will drive efficiency and consistency across all technical projects.
  • Technical Alignment: Your work will support the broader program team by ensuring individual project success aligns with organizational objectives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the technology or financial services sectors.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Knowledge: A basic understanding of system architecture, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud technologies.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Agile teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating leadership and adaptability.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,300,000.00 per year
