Full job description
We need a disciplined, independent trader to take complete ownership of our trading desk. You will be responsible for maintaining healthy, stable token liquidity across multiple centralized and decentralized exchanges, running profitable trading strategies within strict risk limits, and working closely with our development team to enhance automated trading bots.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Token Liquidity: Maintain tight bid-ask spreads, optimize market depth, and actively prevent large price drops (slippage) for native/client tokens on Centralized Exchanges (CEXs) and Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs).
- Execute Proprietary Trades: Formulate and run short-term tactical trading strategies to generate consistent profit for the company while following strict risk parameters and drawdown limits.
- Trading Bot Development: Partner directly with our backend and blockchain programmers to design, test, and improve automated algorithmic market-making bots.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional trading experience at a crypto prop desk, market-making firm, or as a core liquidity manager for a token project. (Must have verifiable experience managing real market volatility).
- Market Microstructure Knowledge: Good understanding of order book matching engines, exchange API limits, gas fee optimization, slippage formulas, and MEV dynamics.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with or adjusting trading scripts (Python skills are a big plus), tracking tokens on block explorers (Etherscan/Solscan), and securely managing crypto wallets.
- Mindset & Location: Highly responsible, self-motivated, and ready to work full-time on-site from our office in Powai.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
