At Teal India, we’re looking for a Valuation Operations Executive to join our growing team.

About Teal India

Teal India is a technology-enabled legal and property due diligence services company serving leading banks and NBFCs across India. We manage high-volume legal and valuation assignments through a network of professionals and streamlined technology platforms.

Role Overview

As a Valuation Operations Executive , you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end backend operations of our property valuation function. This includes coordinating with vendor-valuers and site engineers, managing client interactions, and conducting quality checks to ensure reports meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate valuation assignments received from banks, NBFCs, and other clients.
  • Allocate cases to empanelled valuers based on location, capacity, and turnaround requirements.
  • Track assignment progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Follow up with valuers for inspections, report submission, and clarifications.
  • Perform preliminary quality checks on valuation reports for completeness and compliance with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and MIS reports.
  • Monitor turnaround times and escalate delays proactively.
  • Support onboarding and relationship management of empanelled valuers.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Has prior experience drafting valuation reports for any of the North India properties (Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh )
  • Is fluent in Hindi (reading and speaking) – mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Problem-solving and escalation management skills.
  • Pays high attention to detail and ensures accuracy in documentation.
  • Is organized, proactive, and comfortable with coordination and follow-ups.
  • Can manage high volumes of documentation while maintaining consistency and quality
