MantraCare is hiring licensed clinical psychologists and guidance counselors to deliver structured, outcome-focused online therapy sessions to clients in the India and globally.

This remote role is ideal for mental health professionals experienced in delivering short-term, goal-oriented care for employee assistance programs (EAP) and employer-sponsored health plans. You will utilize evidence-based approaches to work with adult clients experiencing anxiety, depression, workplace stress and relationship issues.

Key Responsibilities:

In this remote clinical psychologist job in India, you will:

• Conduct structured online psychotherapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform.
• Provide therapy for anxiety, depression and workplace stress management.
• Deliver goal-oriented care for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients.
• Address relationship, family and specialized workplace challenges.
• Expand care to additional populations (children, adolescents, couples) as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely and confidential session documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique symptoms following online screenings.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our clinical care navigation and provider support teams.
• Deliver culturally competent, inclusive and empathetic care to individuals of all races, ethnicities and gender identities.

Requirements:

To qualify for this remote psychologist role, you should have:

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Therapeutic Counseling or Psychotherapy.
• Valid and active license as a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Licensed Guidance Counselor in the India. (Note: Psychometrician licenses do not qualify for this psychotherapy role).
• Minimum of 6+ months of active clinical experience as a therapist or psychologist.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Ability to conduct therapy effectively and professionally in an online setting.
• Strong communication and EHR documentation skills.
• Stable internet connection and a secure, private work-from-home setup.
