About the Role
Inspiron Psychological Well-being Centre is looking for a passionate, empathetic, and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical expertise, excellent therapeutic skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental healthcare environment.
As a Senior Therapist, you will provide evidence-based psychological interventions, support clients across diverse age groups, mentor psychology interns, contribute to training and content development, and actively participate in strengthening the organization's clinical and wellness initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based individual, couple and family therapy sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and case formulations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Handle moderate to complex clinical cases with professional competence.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment whenever required.
- Participate in clinical supervision, peer reviews, and case discussions.
- Mentor junior therapists, interns, and trainees.
- Contribute to workshops, awareness programs, and mental health initiatives.
- Ensure ethical practice in accordance with RCI, APA, and organizational guidelines.
Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- Professional Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology (as applicable).
Experience
- 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in Counselling Psychology.
- Experience working in hospitals, mental health clinics, wellness centres, private practice.
- Proven experience in handling adult, adolescent, child, couple, and family therapy cases.
Skills Required
- Excellent clinical assessment, formulation, and psychotherapy skills.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapies.
- Excellent interpersonal, counselling, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills for workshops and corporate training.
- Strong documentation and case management abilities.
- Ability to mentor interns and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional ethics, confidentiality, and client-centred approach.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to contribute beyond routine clinical responsibilities.
