About MindAlgo Academy

MindAlgo Academy is building a new generation of mental health professionals through practical, evidence-informed training. Our International Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) focuses on developing real-world therapeutic skills through live training, role-play, case discussions and supervised practice.

We are looking for passionate psychology professionals who enjoy teaching, engaging learners and exploring how emerging technologies can improve mental health education.

Role Overview

As a Psychology Faculty member, you will deliver interactive sessions for our CBT training program, helping learners translate psychological theories into practical therapeutic competencies.

We welcome both experienced educators and practicing mental health professionals who are enthusiastic about innovative teaching methods, digital learning and the responsible use of AI in psychology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging live online sessions on CBT concepts, techniques and clinical applications.
• Demonstrate therapeutic skills through role-play, simulated-client interactions and case-based learning.
• Facilitate discussions, practical exercises and interactive learning activities.
• Help learners understand case formulation, cognitive restructuring, behavioural experiments and treatment planning.
• Integrate real-world examples and evidence-informed approaches into teaching.
• Explore AI tools, virtual simulations and other emerging technologies to enhance learning.
• Provide constructive feedback on learner performance and practical exercises.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and teaching methods.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or a relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and its practical applications.
• Experience in teaching, clinical practice, training, counselling or psychotherapy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex psychological concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
• Comfortable conducting online sessions and using digital teaching platforms.
