Full job description

Location: Mumbai (with extensive travel across India)
Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Lead and coordinate project activities across different states and locations in India.
  • Supervise and support field teams, facilitators, and project coordinators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CSR partners, NGOs, schools, government stakeholders, and community representatives.
  • Ensure timely achievement of project deliverables and milestones.
  • Prepare project reports, impact assessments, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
  • Conduct field visits and travel extensively for project implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify challenges proactively and develop effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Enjoys working with children, adolescents, and community groups.
  • Experience in planning and developing social impact and public health projects.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within the social development, NGO, CSR, or public health sector.
  • Prior experience working on CSR-funded projects is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams independently.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel across India.
  • Comfortable conducting field visits, trainings, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
