Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Publishing & Editorial Associate to manage content development, editorial coordination, and publishing workflows. The role involves collaborating with industry experts, conducting discussions/interviews, structuring content into publication-ready formats, and ensuring smooth execution of publishing projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, research, and editorial skills with the ability to transform discussions into engaging written content.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to industry experts, companies, and professionals for content collaboration
• Conduct interviews/discussions and extract key insights
• Convert discussions and expert viewpoints into structured book/content formats
• Create and organize chapter flow, content structure, and editorial frameworks
• Manage publishing timelines and ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate with internal teams including design, editorial, and review stakeholders
• Edit, rewrite, proofread, and refine content for publication quality
• Conduct topic research and content expansion where required
• Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across publishing projects

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, Healthcare Communication, or related fields
• Relevant experience in editorial, content, or publishing roles preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
