We’re Hiring: Assistant Store Manager

Salary Bracket- 3.5 LPA

Are you a passionate retail professional with a strong background in apparel and store operations? We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to lead our store in Jodhpur and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end store operations and drive sales performance

* Lead, train, and motivate store teams

* Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience

* Maintain visual merchandising and store standards

* Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT

Requirements:

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in apparel/fashion retail

* Strong team handling and leadership skills

* Proven track record in achieving sales targets
