Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Python Developers with strong backend development expertise and deep knowledge of Python programming. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications and possess strong problem-solving skills in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Python applications.
• Build scalable and high-performance backend systems.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with external applications and services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Write efficient, optimized SQL queries and perform database performance tuning.
• Work with concurrency and parallel processing techniques to improve application performance.
• Support distributed data processing workloads using Apache Spark.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

Python Development

• Strong expertise in Core Python.
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Proficiency in functional programming concepts.
• Experience developing production-grade applications.

Concurrency & Performance

• Multithreading and Multiprocessing.
• Asynchronous programming (Async/Await).
• Throughput, latency optimization, and shared-state management.

API Development & Integration

• Building and consuming REST APIs.
• API authentication and authorization.
• Error handling, retries, timeouts, and idempotency.

Database Skills

• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Complex joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Query optimization and performance tuning.

Big Data (Preferred)

• Apache Spark.
• Spark SQL and DataFrames.
• Partitioning, shuffles, and performance tuning basics.

Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent from a recognized university.

Important Notes

• Core Python expertise is mandatory (not scripting-level experience).
• Strong backend development experience is required.
• Python fundamentals will be the primary evaluation focus.
• Candidates must be comfortable with a 5-week onboarding process.
• Passport-size photograph and PAN card copy are mandatory for profile submission.
