Job Title: Python Developer (Junior–Mid Level)

About the Role

We are looking for a Python Developer with hands-on backend development experience. The role involves building and maintaining APIs, working with databases, and supporting core systems used in our financial analytics and wealth management platforms.

The position also requires basic frontend knowledge using React and Next.js to work closely with frontend teams and support full-stack feature development when required.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.

· Work with MongoDB and Redis for data storage, caching, and performance optimization.

· Integrate backend services with frontend applications built using React and Next.js.

· Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver application features.

· Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following established standards.

· Assist in improving system performance, reliability, and security.

· Support debugging, issue resolution, and production fixes as required.

· Understand business and financial requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2–4 years of professional experience in Python development.

· Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python backend frameworks.

· Working knowledge of MongoDB and Redis.

· Understanding of REST APIs and backend application design.

· Basic familiarity with React.js and Next.js.

· Exposure to frontend-backend integration and API consumption.

· Experience using Git for version control.

· Exposure to AWS or cloud-based environments.

· Basic familiarity with financial markets or fintech applications.

Preferred (Good to Have)

· Experience with Docker and container-based deployments.

· Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

· Familiarity with message queues or event-driven systems.

· Prior experience in fintech, analytics, or data-driven platforms.

· Interest or experience using AI-assisted development tools.

Soft Skills

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
