Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end development of backend services and web applications using Python and Django
• Own technical design and architecture decisions to ensure scalability reliability and maintainability
• Translate requirements into well structured modules APIs and reusable components aligned with coding standards
• Mentor engineers through code reviews technical guidance and best practices in Python Django development
• Drive engineering excellence by improving code quality testability and development workflows
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan deliveries manage dependencies and resolve technical risks
• Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
• Ensure documentation of designs APIs and key technical decisions for long term maintainability

Technical Requirements:

• Primary skills Technology OpenSystem Python

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience leading modules teams including sprint planning support estimation and technical ownership
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design patterns and integration practices in Django based systems
• Exposure to building scalable service architectures and improving system performance through profiling and optimization
• Familiarity with automated testing practices and improving test coverage for Python Django applications
• Demonstrated ability to influence engineering standards improve code review culture and mentor developers effectively
