Full job description

We are looking for extraordinary and dynamic Lead developer, with 3+years of experience in backend development in Python/Django with SQL and No SQL databases to be part of our core team Full stack experience with Angular or React is preferred. You must have delivered exceptionally high quality robust products with Highly scalableInterfaces. Be part of a highly energetic and innovative team that believes nothing is impossible with some creativity and hard work.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver scalable backend in Python Django with micro services.
  • Understand requirements and wireframes, suggest changes to design to provide superior user experience, develop reusable code using design patterns and component architecture. Lead a small team to do the same and be responsible for code reviews and design standards adopted
  • Collaborate with product management to elicit & understand their requirements & challenges and develop potential solutions
  • Stay current with latest tools, technology ideas and methodologies; share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key decision makers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of strong experience in backend development with micro services.
  • Experience with AWS services is required.
  • Strong database Skills.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong in problem solving, data structures and algorithm design.
  • Strong experience in Object Oriented Design and developing highly scalable applications.
  • Ability to deliver code quickly from wire-frame model in fast paced start-up environment.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead a small team.
