We’re Hiring – Quality Control (Pipes)
Ganesh Gouri Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Control professional to join our pipe manufacturing team.
Position: QC Executive / QC Inspector – Pipes
Department: Quality Control
Location: Lihigaon, Kamptee Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience in PVC/CPVC pipe quality inspection preferred
Knowledge of checking OD, ID, wall thickness, length, weight and dimensions. Perform in-process and final inspection of pipes
Conduct routine quality and performance tests
Identify surface defects, dimensional variations and other quality issues
Maintain inspection reports, test records and quality documentation
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance for quality issues and corrective actions
Knowledge of BIS standards for PVC/CPVC pipes will be an advantage
Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / B.E. in relevant fields preferred
Good analytical, observation and problem-solving skills
