Job Description : Quality Control Manager / Assistant Manager

• Lead and manage the Quality Control function across all
• operations, ensuring effective implementation of QC systems
• and standards.
• Develop and implement QC procedures, inspection protocols,
• and quality standards in line with FSSAI, HACCP, and export
• requirements.
• Oversee inward (raw material), in-process, and outward (final
• product) quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance
• at all stages.
• Monitor and control product quality parameters such as
• moisture, grading, contamination, and overall physical
• characteristics.
• Supervise and manage laboratory operations, including testing,
• analysis, equipment calibration, and chemist activities to
• ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Lead the QC team by providing guidance, training, and
• performance monitoring, while building a strong and efficient
• team.
• Handle customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis
• and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Take timely and effective decisions on quality issues, product
• rejections, and process improvements.
• Maintain and ensure proper quality documentation, audit
• records, and MIS reporting for management review.
• Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics
• teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Requirements

BSC / MSC( Agricultural, food technology, micro biology &chemistry)
4-5 years (1-2 years as manager)
Preferably from Food Industry

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• QC & QA Agro Industry / FMCG : 8 years (Required)
