Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain service and food quality, and drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the QSR or Restaurant industry with strong leadership and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day QSR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily operational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, food safety, and quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and outlet performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
• Ensure proper staff scheduling and manpower utilization.
• Support initiatives to improve sales, profitability, and overall outlet performance.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in QSR, Restaurant, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industry.
• Graduate preferred.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced QSR environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
