R&D Electronic jobs

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and validate electronic systems and subsystems
• Design electronic architectures, including power systems, control electronics, sensor interfaces, and communication modules
• Ensure seamless hardware–firmware integration
• Work in close coordination with mechanical engineers responsible for frames, enclosures, structural members, and moving assemblies
• Ensure electronics packaging, mounting, routing, and protection are compatible with mechanical constraints
• Contribute to decisions related to:
• Component placement and accessibility
• Thermal management and heat dissipation
• Vibration, shock, and environmental protection
• Maintainability and field serviceability
• Participate actively in design reviews to ensure electro-mechanical compatibility and robustness
• Support rapid prototyping, breadboarding, and hardware bring-up
• Integrate electronic systems with mechanical assemblies during prototype builds
• Conduct functional testing, stress testing, environmental testing, and endurance testing
• Assist in lab testing, field testing, and user trials alongside mechanical and systems teams
• Diagnose system-level issues arising from electronics, firmware, or mechanical interactions
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:
• Schematics and BOMs
• Firmware–hardware interface documentation
• Test procedures and validation reports
• Integration and assembly guidelines
• Support QA, inspection, and certification activities (DGQA / NABL / third-party labs, as applicable)
• Assist in transitioning electronic designs from R&D to production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Strong fundamentals in analogue and digital electronics
• Practical experience with firmware integration and embedded hardware systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with mechanical engineers on integrated products
• Hands-on mindset with comfort in lab, workshop, and field environments

Technical Skills (Preferred):

• Schematic and PCB design tools (Altium / KiCad / Eagle or equivalent)
• Experience with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, AVR, or similar)
• Understanding of firmware concepts and embedded system workflows
• Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.)
• Experience working on drones, robotics, or electromechanical products is a strong plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
