Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment, joining formalities, and induction
  • Maintain attendance, leave, OT, and payroll inputs
  • Handle unit-level statutory compliance and records
  • Manage employee relations and grievance handling
  • Coordinate training, engagement, and welfare activities
  • Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and reports
  • Support exits, final settlements, and clearance process

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / MSW – HR
  • 1–4 years of unit/plant HR experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
