Job Description: Junior RecruiterWe are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team.

Role Overview

  • Position: Junior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of agency or in-house recruiting experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Source Candidates: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to find talent.
  • Screen Resumes: Review applications to match candidate profiles with job requirements.
  • Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications and culture fit.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain ATS: Keep the Applicant Tracking System updated with accurate candidate data.
  • Build Pipelines: Maintain a steady pool of passive candidates for future openings.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ months of active experience in recruitment or sourcing.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with any ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Ability to handle multiple interview schedules simultaneously.
  • Drive: High energy, resilience, and a desire to grow a career in HR/Recruitment.
