Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs for new employees.
• Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and placement agencies for talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with NGO policies and recruitment procedures.
• Support bulk hiring for CSR-funded and government skill development projects.
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and community hiring initiatives.
• Assist in employer branding and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
