About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, qualified, and experienced Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessments, counselling, and evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing emotional, behavioural, developmental, or mental health concerns.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, professional integrity, and a client-centred approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and behavioural evaluations.
• Develop individualised treatment and intervention plans.
• Provide individual, family, or group counselling, depending on client needs.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches and psychological interventions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely client records.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans when required.
• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns and mental health crises.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, counsellors, educators, social workers, and other professionals.
• Provide psychoeducation and mental health guidance to clients and their families.
• Participate in case discussions, professional development activities, and team meetings.
• Adhere to professional ethics, confidentiality requirements, and organisational policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience as a psychologist.
• Valid professional registration, certification, or licence, as required by applicable local regulations.
• Experience conducting assessments and providing psychological interventions.
• Sound knowledge of psychological theories, therapeutic methods, and ethical standards.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safeguarding procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, family therapy, or mindfulness-based interventions.
• Experience working with [children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, or specific client populations].

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
