About Us:Founded in 2020, AegisCovenant is a new-age InsureTech company specializing in two-wheeler insurance management and roadside assistance (RSA). We are transforming the insurance landscape through digital innovation, simplified processes, and customer-centric service.
Job Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for self-driven individuals—whether you're just starting your career or have prior experience in the insurance sector. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll onboard new dealers, maintain strong relationships with existing partners, and help us expand our reach across PAN India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new two-wheeler dealers and insurance partners
- Build and manage long-term relationships with dealers
- Promote and educate partners about our digital insurance platform
- Drive dealer engagement and meet activation and issuance targets
- Conduct regular field visits to understand dealer needs
- Support operational activities including claims and documentation
- Provide market insights and dealer feedback to improve services
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships quickly.
- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving market.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of insurance is a plus (training will be provided).
- Comfortable using MS Office and mobile-based applications.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred
- Minimum 2 yrs of experience in 2 wheeler OEM dealership onboarding.
- Prior insurance or field sales experience is an advantage
