We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the operations of our lifestyle retail store in Dibrugarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, driving sales, managing inventory, leading the store team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a leadership role requiring a hands-on approach, strong operational skills, and proven experience in retail store management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment, and shrinkage.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and display of merchandise.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily store reconciliations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Implement promotional campaigns and ensure proper execution in-store.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and management for smooth store operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the store premises.

Mandatory Requirements

• Prior experience as a Store Manager in a retail store is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management (lifestyle retail, fashion, supermarket, departmental store, gifting, home décor, or similar retail formats preferred).
• Proven experience in managing sales targets and store operations.
• Experience in handling inventory management and stock control.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable using POS systems, billing software, MS Excel, and basic reporting tools.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience with organized retail brands such as Miniso, Shopper's Stop, Reliance Retail, Vishal Mega Mart, Trends, Lifestyle, Westside, Pantaloons, or similar retail chains will be an added advantage.
