Business Analyst

Location: Anywhere in India (Remote)

Client: Silicon Valley Bank, USA

Job Description:

· Analyze data: Utilize data visualization tools such as charts and tables to examine large data sets, including reports and data from various infrastructure systems.

· Identify problems: Determine the root causes of issues and pinpoint areas where IT operations can improve.

· Propose solutions: Develop solutions to problems, including new systems and procedures.

· Communicate findings: Share findings with decision-makers and collaborate with managers to ensure that changes are implemented.

· Support systems: Implement, support, and document business systems, and work with IT teams to create strategies.

· Map processes: Map and enhance IT processes.

· Drive change: Foster consensus throughout the organization to effect change.

Skills and Requirements:

· Basic understanding on Infrastructure Setup, CI’s and environments.

· Knowledge of products / resources / DBs / Hosts life cycle management.

· Exposure to Compliance framework.

· Knowledge on Audit requirements / Scanning Tools / Incident response plan etc.

· Keen on Documentation / Drafting Documents which is fundamental to this role.

· Strong analytical thinking and problem solving

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Proficiency with software like Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau

· Understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements

· Knowledge of business structure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
