We are seeking an organised, proactive professional to join our team in the role of Remote Listings & Customer Operations Specialist. This fully remote position focuses on managing digital listings, supporting customers, and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations to maintain high standards of efficiency and service quality.

The role suits someone who is comfortable working in a digital-first environment, has strong attention to detail, and can independently handle multiple responsibilities at once.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and update business listings across various online platforms
• Ensure all published information is accurate, consistent, and regularly refreshed
• Handle customer communications via email, chat, and other messaging tools
• Provide assistance in resolving customer questions, requests, and issues
• Track listing performance and suggest improvements where appropriate
• Maintain well-organised records, files, and internal documentation
• Support general operational and coordination tasks as required

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High level of organisation and strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
• Comfortable using digital tools, platforms, and software systems
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, digital marketing, or content management is an advantage
• Experience with online listing management is a plus
