HCC Medical Coder – Apixio Project (Work From Home)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Company: Cyptrix RCM
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Production & Accuracy)

About the Role

Cyptrix RCM is looking for experienced HCC Medical Coders with hands-on experience in Apixio projects. If you have a strong understanding of Risk Adjustment coding and an active coding certification, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and code medical records accurately using ICD-10-CM/HCC guidelines.
  • Perform coding for Apixio projects while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and client-specific coding requirements.
  • Meet daily production and accuracy targets.
  • Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience working on an Apixio HCC project.
  • Active CPC or CCS certification (Mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of ICD-10-CM and HCC/Risk Adjustment coding.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.

Preferred

  • Candidates located in Hyderabad will be given preference.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹40,000 per month, based on production, accuracy, and overall performance.
