Job Title: Healthcare Case Manager

Role Overview:
Healync Private Health is seeking a proactive Healthcare Case Manager to manage end-to-end healthcare coordination for clients. The role requires strong patient advocacy, seamless medical coordination, and high-touch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact and patient advocate for assigned clients
• Work closely with leading business leaders across India and coordinate care with globally renowned international healthcare institutions
• Coordinate appointments, admissions, procedures, and follow-ups
• Liaise with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, TPAs, and international institutions
• Manage insurance pre-authorizations, claims, and billing coordination
• Handle all health-related coordination to ensure smooth and timely care
• Escalate critical cases with urgency and discretion

Requirements:

• Must be a doctor
• 5+ years’ experience in hospital operations / patient coordination / TPA / healthcare management
• Strong understanding of hospital and insurance workflows
• Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-profile clients with professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fieldCompetitive salary. High ownership role. Immediate joining preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
