Position Title:
Private Chef – Indian Cuisine
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Private Chef specializing in authentic Indian cuisine, capable of delivering high-quality, home-style as well as refined dining experiences. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of regional Indian cuisines and the ability to curate customized menus based on family preferences, dietary requirements, and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

Expertise in North Indian, South Indian, Gujarati, Rajasthani, Maharashtrian, and other regional cuisines.

Strong knowledge of vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations.

Ability to prepare traditional, festive, and sattvic meals when required.

Plan weekly/monthly menus in coordination with the family.
-
Manage special dietary requirements (low-oil, diabetic-friendly, Jain food, gluten-free, etc.).

Ensure high standards of hygiene and kitchen organization.
-
Manage grocery planning, vendor coordination, and inventory.
-
Cater for family gatherings, poojas, and house events.

Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5–10 years of culinary experience.

Experience in private households preferred.

Strong understanding of traditional Indian cooking techniques and spices.

Ability to adapt taste as per family preference.
