About the Role
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our remote team. The candidate will work with company-provided leads, contact potential customers, explain our basic services, and follow up with interested prospects. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make calls to company-provided leads.
  • Introduce Sync2Web and its IT services to potential customers.
  • Understand basic customer requirements.
  • Explain services such as website development, software, mobile apps, AI automation, and digital solutions.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Answer basic customer questions.
  • Share interested leads with the sales/business development team.
  • Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with customers through calls and WhatsApp when required.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication.

Who Can Apply?

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
  • Good Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
