About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Operational Sales Manager to lead our luxury real estate sales team, specializing in premium residential properties starting at ₹6 Cr. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, manage day-to-day sales operations, mentor sales executives, and build strong relationships with elite clientele. Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
· Manage and optimize daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and performance.
· Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
· Oversee lead generation strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to facilitate luxury property sales.
· Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
