Night Shift RMO (Resident Medical Officer)

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing patient care during night shifts, ensuring smooth clinical operations, and supporting consultants and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patients during the night shift.
• Handle patient and attendant counseling regarding treatment plans and recovery.
• Coordinate closely with Plastic Surgeons for pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and promptly escalate clinical concerns.
• Lead, supervise, and support the nursing team during the shift.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure smooth handover to the day team and consultants.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance when required.

Requirements:

• MBBS/BAMS/BHMS
• Good communication and patient counseling skills.
• Experience in surgical, plastic surgery, or aesthetic healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to independently manage night shift operations and team coordination.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
