So, what’s the gig?

At 2 Pints Brewing, we’re looking for a Bartender who’s passionate about craft, conversation, and creating memorable moments — one pint at a time. You’ll be the face of the bar, bringing warmth, precision, and personality to every pour and every guest interaction.

The good stuff you’ll own

• Pour with purpose: Serve craft beers and beverages with accuracy, consistency, and flair — always upholding our quality and presentation standards.
• Create genuine connections: Engage guests with friendly conversation, product knowledge, and a welcoming vibe that makes everyone feel at home.
• Master the art of craft: Stay curious about brewing styles, beer profiles, and cocktail trends to elevate the guest experience.
• Keep the bar buzzing (and spotless): Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and organisation — ensuring smooth service from first pour to last call.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure timely service and happy guests.
• Stay sharp behind the counter: Handle billing, payments, and cash responsibly through the POS system, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

• 2–4 years of bartending experience in restaurants, bars, or taprooms.
• Strong knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, and beverage service.
• Great communication skills and a naturally friendly, engaging personality.
• Quick, calm, and confident under pressure.
• Attention to detail — from garnishes to glassware.
• Team player who thrives in a high-energy environment.
• Flexible with work hours, especially evenings, weekends, and festive events.
