Full job description

Looking for Captains and Supervisors who are passionate and love to innovate for a craft Beer Taproom!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front of the house section, and manage a section of tables to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
  • Designing new recipes, planning menus and selecting plate presentation.
  • Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of Bar and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
  • Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in similar position.
  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Must be proficient in excel, word, powerpoint
  • Must be proficient in reading and writing in English

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
