Restaurant Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, coordinating team performance, and supporting smooth business functioning across all guest-facing and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee front of house operations and ensure efficient daily service.

2. Curate and maintain a high-quality guest experience.

3. Manage bar operations and ensure standards of service, hygiene, and stock control.

4. Handle daily ordering and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.

6. Oversee housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

7. Manage reservations effectively to optimize seating and guest flow.

8. Track and respond to guest feedback in a professional and timely manner.

9. Work closely with kitchen, service, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.

10. Train, guide, and supervise staff to maintain service quality and operational excellence.

Skills Required

1. Strong experience in bar management.

2. Expertise in guest experience curation.

3. Hands-on knowledge of front of house operations management.

4. Good understanding of daily ordering and inventory management.

5. Strong housekeeping management skills.

6. Experience in reservations management.

7. Ability to manage and respond to guest feedback effectively.

8. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· IHM/equivalent graduate
