Food & Beverage Consultant / Cocktail Consultant Required

We are a growing hospitality group with multiple restaurant and bar brands and are looking to engage experienced Food Consultants and Cocktail Consultants to support the development and enhancement of our food and beverage operations.

Food Consultant – Scope of Work

Menu development and engineering

Recipe standardization and costing

Kitchen workflow and operational efficiency

Food presentation and plating standards

Staff training and SOP implementation

New product and concept development

Vendor sourcing and procurement guidance

Cocktail Consultant – Scope of Work

Cocktail and mocktail menu development

Signature beverage creation

Bar setup and workflow optimization

Beverage costing and pricing strategy

Bar staff training and skill development

SOP creation and inventory control systems

Trend-driven beverage innovation

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality consulting or senior operational roles

Proven track record with restaurants, bars, lounges, hotels, or hospitality groups

Strong understanding of costing, profitability, and guest experience

Excellent training and communication skills

Ability to work on a project basis and provide measurable outcomes

Location

Kolkata, India (with flexibility for remote consultation where applicable)

Engagement
