Job Title: Project Supervisor – Restaurant Development

About Us

Karigari by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi is a growing chain of premium Indian cuisine restaurants known for celebrating authentic flavours and culinary craftsmanship. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Project Supervisor to oversee the development and setup of new restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage end-to-end restaurant setup projects from site initiation to final handover.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor civil work, interior fit-outs, kitchen setup, and finishing work as per brand standards.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews during construction and interior development.
• Manage vendor coordination, material procurement, and installation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project documentation.
• Handle final project handover including snag list clearance and readiness for operations.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Candidates with strong experience in restaurant or hospitality project execution will also be considered.
• 3–7 years of experience in construction, interior projects, or restaurant setup.
• Knowledge of interior design, civil work, kitchen layout, and restaurant infrastructure.
• Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel and manage multiple sites if required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
