Position: General Manager
Location: Calicut Town
Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹90,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee the overall operations and management of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day restaurant and hospitality operations.
• Lead and motivate staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor sales, revenue, costs, and overall business performance.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle staff management, scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and service standards.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Prepare operational reports and update management on business performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Restaurant/Hotel field experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in hospitality operations and team management.
• Degree / Hotel Management qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and business management.
• Candidates with strong leadership and operational experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
