  • Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, setting a positive tone for their visit.
  • Seating Management: Escort customers to their assigned tables, provide menus, and introduce them to their server.
  • Reservation & Waitlist Management: Handle incoming calls, schedule bookings, and manage wait times accurately during busy hours.
  • Team Coordination: Communicate with waitstaff, bussers, and kitchen staff to monitor table turnover and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Ambiance Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, host stand, and dining room entrances are clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Guest Assistance: Address customer queries, handle initial complaints with professionalism, and cater to guests requiring extra attention
  • Communication Skills: Clear, polite, and engaging verbal communication.
  • Stress Management: Ability to remain calm, friendly, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasking: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks (phones, seating, waitlists) simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms) and basic POS systems is a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
