• Control food and labor costs.
• Manage cash handling and daily financial reports.
• Inventory and Purchasing
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Order food, beverages, and supplies.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
• Minimize waste and prevent stock shortages.
• Health and Safety Compliance
