Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, staff scheduling, and workflow management
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff; conduct performance reviews
  • Ensure exceptional customer service; resolve complaints professionally and promptly
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and food safety compliance
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and control waste
  • Achieve sales targets and profitability goals through effective business strategies
  • Prepare and manage store budgets, track revenue/expenses, and submit performance reports
  • Implement marketing promotions and local community engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
