Job Description – Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, food costs, and operational expenses.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Manage inventory, stock control, wastage, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift scheduling.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, service, and management teams.
• Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B service.
• Understanding of food costing, inventory, and budget control.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with strong operational discipline.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.

Qualification

• Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant restaurant or hospitality operations experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing high-volume restaurants, cafés, or multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Ability to independently manage daily restaurant operations and lead a large team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
