  • Drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability and market share.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs, service standards, safety, hygiene and operational processes.
  • Manage operations, including staffing, rostering, training and team performance.
  • Monitor F&B sales, costs, expenses and operational margins to maximise profitability.
  • Conduct competitor visits to identify improvements and implement best practices.
  • Analyse performance, revenue and market trends and drive corrective action plans.
  • Manage relationships with mall developers, service providers and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all licenses, audits, compliance and safety requirements are maintained.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Operations and other teams for smooth and efficient operations

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
