Senior Operations Manager – Restaurants
Are you passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences?
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and support multiple restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff and managers
Ensure SOP implementation and compliance
Improve guest satisfaction and service standards
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency
Drive sales, profitability, and cost control
Conduct regular audits and performance reviews
Support new outlet openings and team development
Requirements:
* 8+ years of restaurant operations experience
* Strong leadership and team-training skills
* Ability to manage multiple outlets
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
Location: Surat, Gujarat
