• Daily Operations — Oversee opening/closing, cleanliness, ambience, and smooth functioning of all service areas.
• Staff Management — Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
• Guest Experience — Handle guest queries, resolve complaints, ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Inventory Control — Monitor stock levels, place orders, reduce wastage, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Financial Oversight — Manage budgets, control costs, track sales, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Compliance & Safety — Ensure hygiene, food safety, licensing, and statutory compliance.
• Menu Coordination — Work with chefs on menu planning, pricing, specials, and quality consistency.
• Customer Relationship Building — Engage with guests, maintain loyalty, and encourage feedback.
• Event & Reservation Management — Coordinate bookings, private events, and special occasions.
• Team Leadership — Create a positive work culture, conduct briefings, and ensure discipline.

Pay: ₹15,330.60 - ₹50,000.00 per month
