Job Summary:

The Cluster Manager for Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple QSR units within a designated geographical cluster. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales growth, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain brand standards, and develop high-performing teams across all assigned locations. The Cluster Manager acts as a direct link between individual restaurant operations and senior management, ensuring strategic objectives are met and operational excellence is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple QSR units, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and service quality across all locations.
  • Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, budgets, and financial performance for the entire cluster, identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction metrics for the cluster.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing Restaurant Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular store visits and comprehensive operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supply chain logistics, and implement effective waste reduction strategies across all units.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve complex issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a superior customer experience at all times.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive customer traffic and increase brand visibility within the cluster's market.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and employment regulations are strictly followed in every restaurant within the cluster.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, employee retention, and professional development.
