Restaurant Marketing jobs

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase mall footfall, customer engagement, and tenant sales.
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, festivals, exhibitions, entertainment events, and brand activations.
• Develop and implement annual marketing calendars in alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants to support joint marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, event management companies, media partners, and vendors.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website updates, email campaigns, and online promotions.
• Oversee mall branding, visual merchandising, signage, and promotional displays to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer footfall, and sales trends, and prepare MIS and ROI reports.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Manage customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and community outreach activities.
• Coordinate public relations activities, media coverage, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure smooth execution of events while coordinating with operations, security, housekeeping, and technical teams.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of promotional resources.
• Handle customer feedback related to marketing events and work towards enhancing the overall customer experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
