Magic Food Zone is seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Operations to lead and manage multi-unit restaurant and food court operations across our hospitality portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple restaurant and food court locations
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Monitor food cost, labour cost, wastage, and operational KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet management teams
  • Conduct regular audits, reviews, and performance evaluations
  • Enhance customer experience and service standards across all outlets
  • Manage manpower planning, training, and productivity
  • Review MIS reports and implement corrective actions
  • Support new outlet launches and business expansion initiatives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in restaurant, QSR, food court, or hospitality operations
  • Proven experience managing multiple outlets
  • Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, cost control, and team management
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel across locations

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
