Job Purpose

The Delivery Rider is responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, and timely delivery of customer orders while providing a positive brand experience. The role requires maintaining delivery standards, handling cash and digital transactions, ensuring food quality during transit, and representing the Tossin Pizza brand professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Delivery

• Pick up customer orders from the restaurant as per dispatch timelines.
• Deliver orders safely and accurately within the committed delivery time.
• Verify order details before leaving the store.
• Follow designated delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain food quality and presentation during transit.

Customer Service

• Greet customers courteously and represent the Tossin Pizza brand professionally.
• Confirm order handover and collect customer acknowledgments where required.
• Handle customer queries politely and escalate concerns to the store team when necessary.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every delivery.

Cash & Transaction Management

• Collect cash payments and process digital transactions accurately.
• Reconcile cash collections with store management at the end of the shift.
• Ensure proper handling of customer invoices and receipts.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
• Maintain a valid driving license and required vehicle documents.
• Wear prescribed uniform and safety gear at all times.
• Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately.

Operational Support

• Assist with order packing, dispatch preparation, and store support activities during non-peak hours.
• Support promotional activities and leaflet distribution when assigned.
• Maintain delivery bags and equipment in clean and serviceable condition.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 10th Pass.
• Valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler).
• Own smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Prior food delivery experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with local routes and navigation applications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
